    • more tourists / hotels

    Every Step They Take

    Walking down the road in the villages, don't be surprised to find yourself, almost every corner of the new boundaries in Melaka , there stood a mosque; better know as "surau"

    Some were well preserved from the old days.The woods used were of high quality originating as far as from Java.The same quality that be used to build "Kota Melaka"

    Another interesting fact , consider the following names of villages or places (Just to name a few):-

    1. Durian Tunggal or "The only durian" ?

    2. Pokok Mangga or "Mango Tree"

    3. Batang or "Tree Trunk"

    4. Bukit Katil or "Bed Hill"

    5. Duyung or "Mermaid"

    6. Semabok or " A person in a state of drunk " ?

    7. Air Keroh or " Unhealthy water" ?
