Jonker Street
How on earth is jonker street gets its name ?
According to the unrecorded story, those streets were used by village kids as their playground.The girls especially used to sing a song name "jong jong inai" as they hoped around.A malay song,with children humor lyrics, repeatedly sang by the kids.The old folks referred to that area as " Jalan Jong Inai" or Jong Inai Road.
